After completing an MBA with Kellogg, he managed a snack bar portfolio for PepsiCo and led a global chocolate innovation strategy for Kraft Foods. Today, Horsky is managing global chocolate innovation for Mondelēz International .
During his career, Horsky developed and launched over $500MM of new products for global iconic CPG brands: Milka, Toblerone, Pepsi, Quaker Oats and Cadbury. Horsky is a big believer in the importance of packaging, and a few of his innovation launches were recognized by international leading packaging awards.
